Yamaha Thundercat YZF 600. Tax and MOT end of Oct.

I"ve had this bike over 6 years and it"s taken me on some great adventures.

However, it has only been out about 12 times in the last year. Roughly once a month to keep it ticking over and it"s not right for a bike like this.

MOT Oct end 2014. Tax Oct 2014

N Reg. 42k miles.

The pros – Great tyres. No leaks. Tax £60 a year. 40+ MPG. Only one advisory on last MOT – slightly leaking exhaust, now sorted. All paperwork and old receipts. Braided hoses. Tinted windshield. Removable pillion cover. Solid original Deltabox frame. Modified handlebars. Scott Oil system. Data Tagged. Can still hold at 145mph; Have once reached between 150 – 155. Stainless Steel downpipes.

Negatives – needs some TLC. Dropped and rocked 4 times over the last 7 years. Cracked and damaged fairing as shown in pic. Surface rust on chrome parts. Right side front indicator needs replacing ( I have spares for you to fit). Rev counter sticks at times. Battery terminals are loose and need tightening. All easy to fix for someone with a little spare time.

This bike is for you if you want something reliable to take out for the daily commute and weekend fun

Extras – Comes with padded rain cover, colour matching tank bag, 2 exhausts (Road legal and not; baffles out and very loud) and an old but working paddock stand. You can even have my jacket if it fits you.

Would be a great entry-level sports bike if you"ve just passed your full test.
