Bought this bike with intention of keeping but new business adventure forces reluctant sale .

Repaired over the winter from a 13,000 mile 2005 model year Ducati 749 Biposto, that had been used regularly as a commuter but had a low side and was a Cat C write off Sept 2013 main reason for cat c write off was all fairings were damaged resulting in heavy prices and some brackets snapped.The frame, wheels, engine, forks, swing arm are all original and are perfect . There was a scratch to the swing arm which is still there for you to view nothing major but was caused off the low slide .

Known service history is

2011 – V Duo 7889 miles, service and belts

2012 – V Duo 9764 service and fluids

2013 – S Cameron 11988 – Service, fluids and belts.

I have fitted a new K&N oil filter, new engine oil, new gold DID chain and sprockets, Kevlar handlebar grips, new titanium or stainless bolts here and there. It has had a full wheels off, pipes off, sub frame off – full degrease, re-lubricate and re-torque all main fixings.

The bike has brand new fairings Ducati , new fairing fasteners, new nose and tail unit, dark screen, new decals, new pirelli supercorsa rear, new front tyre plus new Go-Pro mounts front and back if you like to do a track day.

It has a carbon hugger, carbon exhaust shields. The sub frame has been shortened (taking off the pillion frame). Everything else is standard and polished up, but otherwise unmolested. This is not a tricked up and well thrashed bike, but a well cared for Ducati .

For sale is my KTM duke 125 learning legal motorcycle.

I am the second owner of this bike (both mature owners), both myself and the previous owner bought the bike to get some experience on the road before passing our full test.

The bike has cover 1600 miles only and is always garaged.

This bike would be ideal for someone wishing to use it for the same purpose I have or for someone to commute on having only a CBT certificate.

As you can see from the photo the bike has some additional KTM Powerwear graphics added including the wheel surrounds which add a little bit of flair to the bike.

Please note I require cash on collection.

You may test ride the bike if you have a valid CBT certificate, valid insurance and I have the cash in my hand.. Sorry..

Vespa PX 125. Year 2002. Usual scruff marks for a vehicle of its age. Only £ 500 !!

It runs well and starts immediately, but engine a bit noisy.

I just got it back from my local garage – bike boutique Metropolis, as I had problems starting it all of a sudden. All they did was to change spark plug and now runs OK, but advice was to run engine strip as indeed the engine a bit noisy and there may be something to fix, like piston ring, that may impair compression. Have report to send if interested. Not really economical for me to go down that route, considering the cost of central London mechanics!

Really suit someone who is good at that stuff, or has access to cheap garage, hence the good price. Doesn"t need anything done in the immediate though, but one must be aware of it.

I also need something totally reliable, as have very busy job, and hence I will look for a newer one.

Other stuff you need to know: starter engine never worked since I bought it in may 2012, so I always used pedal to start.
