Much loved Z650 owned by me for over 14 years. MOT Feb 2015, Taxed until August. Lightly customised using parts sympathetic to the era, mainly the rear suspension and exhaust (sounds lovely) have been upgraded. Other mods are visual. First registered in the UK in 1993, was imported from the US, so is a ‘KZ’ model. I’ve averaged just 500 summer miles a year since owning the bike, loving every on. This bike is genuine, mechanically solid and gets positive comments everywhere I go. I’ve taken photos which I think show all aspects of the bike, a full and honest description is New bits: Painted British Racing Green metallic, recovered Guiliari seat, Headlight, Clock Covers, Led Tail Light and Rear Indicators Nice bits: Metmachex swingarm, Hagon Shocks, Misty 4:1 exhaust (made in Japan), Fork Brace, Valves re-shimmed and Carbs balanced (200 miles ago) runs a dream. Tired bits: Chrome lightly pitted (front mudguard, chain guard, kick starter, rear brake lever, starter cover, crash bars and headlight clamps) – I’ve been quoted £250 for the lot, but don’t have the time to strip the parts and re-build…a new toy has arrived. Scratched generator cover would be simple to replace. Spares included are (Original Swingarm, Axle and Bearings, Rear Mudguard and Tail light). Also sparesto undertake a Twin Disc conversion. This bike has given me years of enjoyment, and I’m sure the next owner will get the same. The bike can be viewed by appointment if you want to see the bike before you buy.
