Aprilia Caponord ETV 1000. This bike has been my summer touring bike for 6 years (always garaged), it has always performed fantastically and reliably. Two up with luggage it is rock solid and fast, fun with enough grunt to put a smile on your face! I think I must have shrunk as I now find it just that bit too tall and heavy (tipped into the garage door frame last year hence small crack on screen – see image). Last big dealer service at 13.5K, so it does need a service. I have changed the oil and filter every spring without fail, and plugs and air filter 2 years ago. It is MOTed until July and taxed to 31/08. It has brand new tyres and a new battery. It has givi pannier racks and top box plate, side engine bars, baglux tank cover and tank bag. I think the price £1975ONO is fair as I have just spent £290 on tyres and a battery, the bike is in good condition for the year. The only blemishes are the small crack on the screen near a fixing point that does seem to have impacted on the screen rigidity itself, and a tiny cosmetic chip on one indicator pod (nothing more than a couple of mm – i don’t know how it happened?)
