The K12RS is off everyone’s radar, and that’s a good thing. A Super tourer (IMO) with full luggage matching keys. Maintained and serviced by qualified ex-BMW mechanic running his own shop, new clutch and seals, new final drive bearings, new folk seals (2014), complete new braided break hose replacement and ABSII overhaul, new brake pads (2013). All fluids less than 6 months old. Never failed to start on the button first time, Never let me down. Never needed any oil between services. Many marks and scratches and pitted folks and some alloy flaking on wheels and frame. It’s been my commuter transport for the last two winters and could benefit with some cosmetic TLC. I’ve had this bike for the last 35000 miles across Europe 2up many times. Runs as fantastically today as it did the day I brought it in 2006. I’d keep it but just don’t have the room any more. This bike has presents and can still turn heads. Just needs a polish. MOT?d and taxed until August 2014.
